And the thing that many people now a day is making fun. There will come a time that someone will call you not for qualifying you in the company but to sell you from something indifferent and will come just to nothing. And also in posting your resume in public results which gives a total loss of control of your personal information. To the point that you would have little or no legal protection even if someone misuses your information. So, many professionals also fail to realize that there is nothing that prevents their current employer from finding their resume online. Some companies have even begun to assign Human Resources staff to specifically monitor and locate their own employees on resume posting boards. And Companies believe that confidential information such as new technologies and marketing strategies could be at stake. If your resume is located by representatives of your company, this could not put you at risk in your career prospects.
